Prof Dr Ayub Ahmad Khan who is the Head of department of Otorhinolaryngology has multidimensional work experience and brings with him vast clinical and academic experience of 34 years. He his renowned Otorhinolaryngologist of Lahore who has treated innumerable patients in his career and done more than 12,000 major surgeries of Otorhinolaryngology. His academic career includes working in Fatima Memorial, Allama Iqbal, University of Lahore, Avicenna and CMH Lahore Medical Colleges where he has taught Otorhinolaryngology to thousands of medical students. He is also involved in training of post graduate trainees of Otorhinolaryngology for which he is an approved Supervisor. He is a qualified Medical Educationist with Masters in Health Professional Education from College of Physicians and Surgeons. He is a University of Health Science Lahore certified Faculty Master Trainer and lead faculty for supervisor workshops. His research interests include Otorhinolaryngology and Medical Education in which he got numerous publications.
