Biography

He graduated from Lahore Medical & Dental College in 2008, joined as a demonstrator in the Department of Forensic Medicine in 2009 after completing house job.

Completed his post-graduation in Forensic Medicine, DMJ (Diploma in Jurisprudence) in 2016 from PGMI, UHS. He is currently working as Assistant Professor & has 5 research publications at his credit

He is doing CHPE (Certificate in Health Professional Education) Course of NUMS to be completed in September 2019.

He, as Assistant Professor is undertaking theory lectures, Practical demonstrations, Maintaining lab & Museum, Supervision & Guidance of demonstrators & ancillary staff.

ON GOING AND FUTURE RESEARCH PROJECTS:

Radiologic Determination of Ischio-pubic Index for Sex determination.

The study is in collaboration with the department of Radiology, CMH Lahore Medical College. Lahore.

 

For anthropological and medicolegal reasons, sex is usually identified from the human skeleton. The hip bone is normally used and the ischiopubic index is one of the best parameters used for determination of sex. This study was carried out to determine the pubic length, ischial length and ischiopubic index. Anteroposterior radiographs and CT Scan of adult pelvis (age range, 18-75 years) shall be selected and evaluated
