All faculty members of the Basic Medical Sciences Departments and Clinical Departments are requested to submit the detailed information about the respective departments and the academic achievements of the faculty members along with biodata and photos, to Col Tariq Mahmud Khan, Director Medical Education Department, preferably in electronic (digital) form recorded in pin drive (flash memory drive) or alternatively maybe submitted via email at webdoctor@cmhlahore.edu.pk.

Website of an Individual Department: All Departments of the College and CMH are also offered to create their own website as sub-domain of the College website with their own secure FTP (file transfer protocol) account to update the contents of the web pages with unlimited web space to host lecture notes, reports/news of academic activities /achievements of the respective department, biodata of the faculty members, online discussion forum, etc. The sub-domain of a Department can be accessed through web address www.department.cmhlahore.edu.pk for example to access the website of Biochemistry Department, the web address may be www.biochemistry.cmhlahore.edu.pk. To create a department's own web site with secure FTP access, please contact Col Tariq Mahmud Khan, Director Medical Education Department.

Policy for Refund of Fee to Students Who Get Admission in Public Sector Medical/Dental Colleges on Merit

Those who qualify for admission as per the first merit list (to be displayed on 07/12/2007), full tuition fee and admission fee will be refunded up to 15th December, 2007, while deducting Rs. 15,000/-, as admission processing charges.
Those who qualify for admission as per second merit list (to be displayed on 07/01/2008), full tuition fee and 50% admission fee will be refunded up to 15th January, 2008, while deducting remaining 50% admission fee.
After 15/01/2008, the admission fee will not be refunded. The balance amount of tuition fee will be refunded after deducting per month proportion of the same for the period student has utilized academic facilities in the private institution.
